Enable Scripts in PowerShell

By default you can not run scripts from PowerShell. To enable the running of scripts. Open an Administrator Windows PowerShell. 

set-executionpolicy remotesigned

or 

set-executionpolicy Unrestricted


Set to default. 

set-executionpolicy restricted
